The staff were very helpful. The room was spacious enough. The room was not too noisy. However, access to a microwave would be nice.

Facilities: The room is small, not much extra space.
Hygiene: So-so, the bathroom is really small, just make do with it?
Environment: So-so, there is a bar downstairs, but it doesn't affect much, not many people.
Service: So-so, don't ask for too much.

Hotel was great, didn’t realise it was situated over the top of a pub. But we didn’t research. The supreme king bed was the absolute best thing ever! So comfy and nice big comfy pillows!
Sink to wash hands located in room not toilet which we found odd and cleaner only made 1 side of the bed not the other. But great friendly staff, clean room pretty darn good for the price!

Staff were great, great location to stay in. The doors are not that soundproof, you’ll here all the chatters and trolley coming in and out especially when you are near the security door.
